Our Homeowners Association

Documentation was filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Corporation Bureau, forming a new Homeowners Association known as StoneyBrook of Elizabethtown HOA, Inc, as reference to Articles of Incorporation-Nonprofit filed on May 27, 2014, Control ID 4275051. As such, StoneyBrook HOA is incorporated as a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation and is organized and managed as such.

As of 11/22/2024, StoneyBrook HOA is comprised of 114 Single Family Homes and 52 Townhomes.  We have a large common area with miles of walking trails and restricted wetlands.

The StoneyBrook HOA Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the West Donegal Township Building Meeting Room (1 Municipal Dr. Elizabethtown, PA 17022).  All StoneyBrook HOA residents are welcome to attend and observe the meetings.  Agendas and meeting minutes are posted on this website on the FAQs & Documents Page.  Current HOA Board Officers and Members are as follows:
